(Finance) – In relation to the share purchase program started on May 9, 2024, Nexi has announced that he has purchasedbetween 8 and 12 July 2024, overall 1,411,552 ordinary shares own at an average price of 5.8380 euros.
As of July 12, the group active in the digital payments sector has purchased 26,153,937 of its own shares since the launch of the program, equal to approximately 1.99% of the share capital, at a weighted average price of 5.9367 euros per share, for a value of 155,267,606.11 euros.
On the stock market today, a modest decline for Nexiwhich closed the session with a 0.88% decline.
