Channel Surfing: Water from Glenhyrst’s permanent collection uses interactive displays and includes artists from Canada, the United States and Europe, including Sandra Altwerger, Robert R. Whale, Noval Morrisseau, Lionel LeMoine Fitzgerald (Group of 7) and Alexandra Luke (Painters 11).

Through their various depictions of ponds, lakes, rivers and oceans, the artists ask viewers to reflect on their personal relationship to water, its links to plant and animal life, and its larger significance to the world.

To facilitate connections with younger audiences and improve their viewing experience, the artwork in the exhibition has been intentionally installed at a low height on the wall.

The exhibition will be on display at the gallery, 20 Ava Rd., until July 21.

Admission to the gallery is free.
