The police have arrested a 35-year-old man on suspicion of shooting at a man in Åstorp in Scania on Saturday night, Helsingborgs Dagblad reports.
The man is suspected of attempted murder and aggravated weapons offences. The incident, which occurred in the central town, became known after witnesses alerted the police.
– We drove there and examined the scene and found some technical findings that corroborate the witnesses’ story, says Jörgen Winberg, duty investigation officer at the police, to the newspaper.
He says that there appear to be several shots that the man has fired at what the police see as the man’s target. However, the shot did not hit.
