Joe Biden gave a speech after the NATO days

He began his speech by talking about NATO and its history. There he also spoke about how he sees NATO as important for the United States and its people.

Biden also spoke about Russia’s war against Ukraine and how the United States shared information with the outside world that an invasion was underway, before it happened.

– I do not bow to Putin, says President Joe Biden.

He also stated that the US should not abandon Ukraine.

Took questions about the future

The journalist corps was allowed to ask the president questions. There the question came directly about his future.

– I am the most qualified to become president. I beat him once, I can beat him again, Biden says of facing Trump.

At the same time, he shows support and confidence in Vice President Kamala Harris.

– I would not have chosen her as vice-president if she was not qualified to be president.

“Is in good shape”

When asked about his physical and mental condition, he has no doubts himself.

– I have done three neurological tests and they say I am in good shape, says the president.

At the same time, he is open to doing more tests if his doctor recommends it.

– But no matter what I do, no one will be satisfied.

Called Zelensky “Putin”

Even before his press conference, President Biden made a mistake.

When he was going to hand over the floor to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi, he instead said “Ladies and gentlemen, President Putin.”

Something he quickly corrected, saying that he is so focused on defeating Putin, hence the misstatement.

At the press conference afterwards, he laughed it off when the question came up.

During the same press conference, he accidentally called Kamala Harris “Trump” in response to a question about the vice president.
