The aggravated rape occurred earlier this year when the 25-year-old man got into the woman’s apartment in a shelter by using his job tag. The man is now sentenced to a long prison sentence, but the question is what Luleå municipality is doing now to prevent something like this from happening again.
SVT has revealed that for several years before the rape there were warnings from users, colleagues and relatives about the man’s boundless behaviour.
