Public Prosecution Service demands 12 years in prison for partner

Utrecht – The Public Prosecution Service is demanding a twelve-year prison sentence for a 45-year-old man from Utrecht who killed his girlfriend with dozens of stab wounds early last year. According to the public prosecutor, it has been proven that Jurgen G. killed his partner Rubia in a sudden fit in her apartment on the Mexicodreef. He wrongly suspected her of cheating, was morbidly jealous and wanted to keep control over her.
