(Telestock) – Pennon Groupa British water utility company, has announced that Steve Buck, Chief Financial Officerhas decided to resign for personal reasons.
Buck will be succeeded Laura Flowerdewwith the board implementing its internal succession plan. Flowerdew is Chief Customer and Digital Officer at Pennon Group and was previously Chief Financial Officer at Bristol Water.
“Having had the opportunity to work closely with Laura over the past few years, she is perfectly positioned to take on the role,” commented CEO Susan Davy. “Laura has a deep knowledge of our business and brings with him significant leadership experience.”
