For its 2024 edition, the Saint-Céré festival is back from July 29 to August 10, with a program paying tribute to artists and performers.
For its 44th edition, the Saint-Céré festival invites you from July 29 to August 10, 2024. Let yourself be carried away on “a journey that will lead us to reread great figures and myths, to discover original programs, musical and scenic universes mixing genres and aesthetics, in a contemporary spirit”, it is underlined in the brochure of the event, of which Linternaute is a partner.
Lyrical art, creations, musical theatre, songs, chamber music, mixed arts and friendly meetings… This year again the Saint-Céré festival promises to delight music and culture lovers. Since its creation in 1979, the summer event, in the heart of the Lot, has evolved and diversified, offering, year after year, a rich and eclectic programme that attracts an ever-increasing audience.
All this during the two weeks of the festival, which for the occasion takes over emblematic sites of Saint-Céré, such as the Château de Castelnau-Bretenoux, the church of the Récollets, the abbey church of Saint-Pierre or the Théâtre de l’Usine. But what to see this year? Zoom in on two shows of the festival.
