The French National Olympic and Sports Committee (CNOSF) has officially validated the selection of the entire French delegation for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. In Paris 2024, there will be 571 athletes and 51 substitute athletes who will wear the colors of France, in 32 sports and 45 disciplines. For the first time, in Paris 2024, the 32 French Olympic federations are entering athletes and France will be aligned in all the disciplines on the program. This year, the CNOSF has achieved near parity within its sports delegation with 282 women (49.4%) and 289 men (50.6%) as well as 22 substitute athletes (43.1%) and 29 substitutes (56.9%).
