(Telestock) – Eprcommunicationa company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in communications and public relations, has announced that the Board Member Marilena Angelozzifollowing the sale of its 40.1% shareholding in the parent company Eprcomunicazione Holding (which has 71.35% of Eprcomunicazione), has resigned resignation. Angelozzi was the wife of Paolo Palleschi, co-founder of the company who died prematurely.
The corporate structure of Eprcomunicazione Holding includes Ma. Pi. Holding, a company attributable to Aldo Iaquintawith a share of 20%, Francis Iacopini with 10% and three partners of the subsidiary JustBit Daniele Albanese, Simone Notargiacomo and Carmine Esposito with 10% divided in equal parts. Reputatio, headed by CEO Camillo Ricci, maintains its share equal to 51% of Eprcomunicazione Holding.
