Tampereen Pyrintö has signed a one-year player contract with 24-year-old Xavier Bledson.
Indiana State’s 198-centimeter high point guard will help Pyrinnö, who finished tenth in the last regular season, in the big end.
– Xavier Bledson sees the field, can pass the ball, is a great cutter and good at moving without the ball. All these features fit well with our idea of playing. In addition, he can play in several positions, says the coach Tero Vasell.
Bledson is Pyrinnö’s third foreign reinforcement. The club now has nine contracted players; Bledson, Jaylyn Richardson, Jordan Giles, Antero Lehto, Riku Laine, Valtteri Mervola, Ilmari Toikkanen, Arttu Pitkänen and Kion Williams
