(Telestock) –

This year they will be 6.5 million Italians who will not go on holidayof which 3.7 for purely economic reasons: this is revealed by a survey carried out by mUp Research and Bilendi, commissioned by Facile.it. 6.5 million individuals and/or families who remain in increasingly hot cities but also increasingly better equipped for “summer” citizens: the times when every shutter was down in August are long gone, today – at least in medium and large centres – the commercial offer remains alive and also cultural

.

Festivals, reviews and cultural events are now the masters and not only in holiday resorts, but also and above all in cities: the classic festivals or the big musical events have given way to thecultural entertainmentwhich is highly appreciated by those who spend the summer months in the city.

An entertainment light but targetedwhich generates a fair amount of economic benefits: in 2022 there was talk of a 39.5% growth in the events market (research conducted for ADC Group by AstraRicerche) and of a induced by approximately 65 billion of euros with a direct impact on GDP of 36.2 billion of euros per year. Numbers that are certainly not negligible, which give a snapshot of a country that makes culture its main intangible asset: here then flourishes in large and small cities a summer event series which have a dual function, social and cultural.

In Ariccia, a town in the Castelli Romani area, one of the most loved by the Romans themselves and by tourists, summer is all about shows and the location is definitely exceptional: the Chigi Parka few steps from the palace of the same name which is a Baroque architectural jewel and a series of works attributed to Gian Lorenzo Bernini, including the Piazza di Corte and the Collegiate Church of the Assunta.

The exhibition will take place from July 5th to August 2nd “Fantastic Visions” will offer 5 evenings of music and various entertainment: from the music of Frank Sinatra with Gianluca Guidi to the adrenaline-filled acrobatics of the Black Blues Brothers, from Orlando Furioso performed by Roberto Mercadini to Operaccia Satirica by Paolo Rossi, to close with a musical event featuring the multifaceted talent of Neri Marcorè.

The events range from music to culture to cover a transversal horizon of interests and tastes: even the tourist visiting the Capital you can find yourself enjoying the cool of the historic park of Villa Chigi (which among other things preserves an ecosystem of rare importance) and immersing yourself in the specificity of our home culture, perhaps accompanied by a glass of wine and a nice plate of local gastronomic delights.
