After the end of the match, a handful of cars with Turkish flags drive around in circles on the Westplein in Utrecht, honking loudly. The colour orange and Dutch flags are hardly present there. In Amersfoort, a handful of supporters of the Dutch national team take to the streets, unmistakably dressed in orange outfits, a few with the tricolour draped around their proud shoulders as a cape. In Bunschoten, the victory of the Dutch national team is celebrated en masse on the roundabout at the Blauwe Reiger.
