China-based automobile manufacturers continue to show interest in Türkiye. According to today’s post Skywell officials on a visit to Türkiye found.
The statement from Ulu Motor on this issue was as follows: “The founding chairman of Skywell, one of China’s leading electric car manufacturers, and also the owner and founder of Skyworth Digital and Skywell Europe, Mr. Stephen WONG, and one of the brand’s founding partners and CEO, Mr. Wu LONGBA, Skywell Turkey and Skywell Europe regional director, Mrs. Chen Quanrong, visited Turkey to discuss Skywell’s new investments in Turkey and new models to be launched in the upcoming period, and to establish board level contacts to carry their current strategic and technological partnership with their Turkish distributor Ulu Motor to greater dimensions on global platforms. Ulu Motor and Ulubaşlar Group Founding Chairman Nuri ULUBAŞ, Ulu Motor Board Chairman Halil Ziya ULUBAŞ, Skywell Europe & UK CEO Mahmut ULUBAŞ and the host Skywell Ankara Authorized Dealer Board Chairman Cankay ÇETİNKAYA attended the contacts held in Ankara, and Cankay Otomotiv, one of the brand’s dealers that has demonstrated a successful performance in sales in Turkey, was awarded the Skywell Official Plaque.

The plaque was presented to Cankay Automotive Board Chairman Cankay ÇETİNKAYA by Skywell’s founding chairman and also Skyworth Digital and Skywell Europe owner and founder Mr. Stephen WONG. The delegation then attended the Ankara Chinese Consulate and Turkey-China Economic and Commercial Cooperation Forum and held meetings. Brand officials, who continue their work on establishing a vehicle production line in Turkey, bringing the spare parts supply system to Turkey and including the production of some parts here among their plans, stated that they aim to develop Turkey’s new energy vehicle industry technology and capacity.”
