Genshin Impact update 4.8 is coming on July 17 with the Simulanka map, new character Emilie, and various in-game events.
HoYoverse is a globally popular interactive entertainment brand Genshin Impact 4.8 Updateannounced that it will be released on July 17. This new update adds Simulanka, a summer-themed map, and new clothing for the characters, along with the new five-star character Emilie. Emilie stands out with her ability to deal extra damage to burning enemies.
Genshin Impact Update 4.8: Simulanka Map and New Character Emilie Coming
Simulanka awaits players in a world filled with origami creatures, wind-up figures, and other fantastical beings. This new timed map offers enchanting landscapes to explore with the characters Kirara, Nilou, Navia, and Avare. Players will embark on adventures to solve the impending crisis and uncover the mysteries of this magical world.
The seasonal events to be held in Simulanka will feature various mini-games and rich bonuses. Players will compete in mini-games such as “Northwest Breeze”, “Flying Hatter Spells” and “Metropolis Exams”. These games will offer players the chance to draw from a variety of figures at the “Wonderful Shelf” exhibition stand located in every corner of Simulanka. Once the main quests are completed, the “Wonderful Shelves” can be added to the Dinginçay Teapot as a decoration bonus as a summer souvenir.
Additionally, Kirara and Nilou will wear new outfits, and players can obtain them by completing certain missions. Emilie’s story will reveal her alter ego as a forensic cleaner at a crime scene and the mysteries surrounding the “Auguste” flower in the “Musk Bottle Episode” mission.
With this update, many improvements will be made to the game’s Random Point System and the cooldown for World Bosses. The new “Echo” function will further enrich the gaming experience by adding unique effects to characters’ movements.
