The French team will play its semi-final against Spain.
The last four of Euro 2024 is approaching. After three weeks of competition, there are not many teams left in this European Championship. The first two quarter-finals sounded like small finals with Spain winning against Germany at the end of extra time while Portugal lost to the French team after the penalty shootout. The two winners will therefore meet in a semi-final that already smells of gunpowder on Tuesday, July 9 at 9 p.m.
In the other part of the draw, more open in theory, England are the big favourites even though they came close to being eliminated by Slovakia in the quarter-finals. The Three Lions will face Switzerland, surprise winners over Italy for a place in the semi-finals. The other quarter-final promises to be a big show with the Netherlands, who are gaining momentum during this Euro, and who will face a valiant Turkey team.
