Isaé, of diverse origins
This name could be a variant of Isa, a diminutive of the name Isabelle, itself a diminutive of Elisabeth. Isabelle and Elisabeth mean “God is an oath” in Hebrew. We also think of the name Ysée which is the name of an Athenian orator from the 4th century BC. Ysia may have inspired this name, it means “goddess” or “sovereign” in Greek.
