Hockey in the NHL with the Boston Bruins Erik Haula hit twice as the home team knocked down Columbus Blue Jackets 5-2.
Haula hit the opening goal of Boston in the early minutes of the game at the end of a whirlwind of Columbus’ goal. At the end of the third round, Haula was also responsible for Boston’s 3-2 win when he overcame Brandon Carlon from the front of the wrist shot to the Columbus net.
Boston Charlie Coyle and Jake DeBrusk both still hit the puck to an empty finish.
Haula have scored 12 goals this season. Columbus Patrik Laine was left without power points. He got ice time of 18 minutes and 43 seconds.
Ylönen helped Montreal win

The record man’s tube broke
Philadelphia Flyers Keith Yandlen a record tube of consecutive NHL games were broken at 989 games when he was sidelined against Toronto. Flyers coach Mike Yeon according to the team was important to play young players, so Yandle, 35, was allowed to make room for others.
