(Finance) – The new features of the Ve.RA platform Of INPS, released on 24 June, allow companies and intermediaries to manage irregularity situations and evidence that may affect the results of contribution regularity checks in advance. The activation of interventions aimed at normalizing contribution positions with particular regard to those that present greater complexity is delegated to the territorial offices of the Institute. The Durcas a form of control aimed at repressing tax evasion and avoidance phenomena, has so far led to a management characterised by sanctioning procedures.
With these new functionality guaranteed by the service but above all thanks to the relationships between the Institute, companies and intermediaries through more precise dynamics of proactive collaboration, it will be possible to have a substantial impact on this methodin the name of greater transparency and sharing of responsibilities. This will allow us to provide a higher service level capable of giving adequate responses to the players in the system, in particular in the context of public and private contracts as well as for the disbursement of contributions, benefits and concessions.
For the President of INPS, Gabriel broad beanthe introduction of these new features “Marks a turning point in the relationship with companies and intermediaries, respecting roles but in the spirit of full collaboration. Thanks to the new features of the platform we aim for greater simplification, but above all to prevent any critical issues. This is to prevent companies from finding themselves with a negative Durc that could compromise the continuity of their activities”. In this, intermediaries are, for Fava, of great help in ensuring more efficient services to citizens.
The Ve.RA platform and its operation are similar to “A large proactive wardrobe with many drawers that correspond to different managements”, explains Anthony PoseCentral Director of Revenue and Deputy Director General of INPS. “The tool, precisely because it is proactive, essentially allows you to open the drawers where the irregularity is hidden and to promptly remedy it through the intervention of a delegated subject. Another feature, which is part of the platform, is the Simula Durc, which shows some relevant aspects to learn about any anomalies for the Single Document of Contribution Regularity”.
We remind you that this Platform is a project that allows the verification and interactive management of contribution regularity and is part of the activities of technological innovation and transformation of processes and improvement of the User Experience, envisaged by the projects of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).
In this sense the key word is interaction: between companies, their intermediaries and the Institute which, through proactive collaboration dynamics, will be able to ensure the taxpayer’s possession of the Durc without interruption.
The activation of interactive management process of the possible situation of irregularitymanaged through the “pre-Durc” functionality, provides for the sending to the intermediary, holder of a specific master delegation, of the notification via PEC, e-mail or SMS, 30 or 15 days before the expiry of the regular Durc, of a ticket linked to the Ve.RA verification automatically generated by the system.
All this will achieve a significant change in the relationships between the Institute and the intermediaries, redefined according to a distinctly consultative logic, to guide the taxpayer in the regularization process which will favor the operations of the companies and the unblocking of disbursements subordinated to the possession of the Durc.
