Russian politicians living in exile have formed a shadow parliament whose goal is to overthrow the Russian regime. The group plans to ask NATO for help.

More than 100 exiled Russian politicians and activists have formed a secret group targeting the Russian president Vladimir Putin overthrowing the regime.

Who is in the group?

The group was founded in November 2022 and has a total of 106 members.

The meeting in Warsaw was attended by more than 60 representatives of the Russian political opposition.

One of the leaders of the group is an ex-MP Ilya Ponomarev. He was the only member of the Duma who opposed the annexation of the Crimean peninsula to Russia in 2014.

According to Ponomarev, the shadow parliament cooperates with Khodorkovsky’s organization and To Alexei Navalny with members of the FBK organization.
