(Finance) – LVMH announces the acquisition of Swiza, owner of L’Epée 1839, a prestigious Swiss manufacturer of high-end watches and authentic “art objects” characterized by exceptional mechanisms and complexity.
The acquisition of a Haute Horlogerie jewel is further proof of the LVMH Group’s determination to preserve and develop historical savoir-faire and to ensure its transmission and cultivation over time.
Based in Delémont, in the Swiss Jura, L’Epée 1839 has perpetuated exceptional watchmaking expertise for 185 years, creating creations conceived, developed and produced in-house. Now specializing in watches, the company is recognized for its unrivaled expertise and unique creative vision in combining form and function.
