“As a result of a negotiation process, 90 Russian servicemen whose lives were in danger in captivity have returned from territory controlled by the Kiev regime. In return, 90 prisoners of war from the Ukrainian Armed Forces were handed over,” Russia’s Defense Ministry said in a statement.
The negotiation is said to have been mediated by the United Arab Emirates.
