The EU started membership negotiations with Ukraine on Tuesday in Luxembourg.
The beginning of Ukraine’s EU membership will be marked from today, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi said community service at X on Tuesday.
– We will not be diverted from our path towards a united Europe, towards a common home for the European nations. A home with prevailing peace.
Membership negotiations may still take years.
Moldova is also scheduled to start membership negotiations later on Tuesday.
