The armed UAV named DAVARO, which was exhibited at the defense industry fair held in Armenia, attracted great attention on social media, especially with its name.
The 3rd International Defense Technologies Fair of Armenia (ArmHighTech 2022) started with a ceremony held at the Karen Demirchyan Concert and Sports Complex in the capital Yerevan on March 31.
Armenian President Vahagn Vahagn Khachaturyan, Deputy Speaker of the Parliament Hakob Arşakyan, Deputy Minister of High Technology Industry Davit Sahakyan, Defense Minister Suren Papikyan, other officials, foreign missions and guests attended the opening.
The products of more than 50 Armenian and foreign companies are exhibited at the fair, which will be open until April 2. The fair aims to introduce modern defense technologies and services, establish new partnerships, strengthen partnerships, and find new partners and investors.

DAVARO EXHIBITED FOR THE FIRST TIME
New reconnaissance and kamikaze UAVs with laser-guided precision ammunition developed by DAVARO, one of the Armenian defense industry companies, and exhibited for the first time, were also exhibited at the fair.
At the Rosoboronexport booth, weapons developed for the ground forces, air defense systems, individual weapons, radar combat vehicles against small unmanned aerial vehicles were also displayed.
