(Finance) – Change of reference shareholder and of factual control for EEMS Italya company listed on the Euronext Milan market and active as a wholesaler in the energy market.
Giuseppe De Giovanni has in fact informed EEMS of the following: “As an entity at the top of the shareholding chain of EEMS Italia and within the context of a transparent and complete information flow, I communicate – also as indirect owner of the share representing 95% of the capital of Gruppo Industrie Riunite (GIR) – to have completed the sale of the said shareholding to the company LIL Finingest“.
Gruppo Industrie Riunite holds a participation representative of approximately 17.88% of the capital company of EEMS, while the remaining share is in the hands of the market.
On a different note, the company disclosed that Susanna Stefani he resigned his own resignation from the position of Director and President of the Board of Directors, for personal reasons. Stefani, a non-executive and independent director, was not a member of board committees.
