Hauts-de-France is the region which gave the most voice to the National Rally during the European elections. However, the region has long been a land of immigration. At the call of the French state, thousands of men from North Africa and Europe came to work in the coal mines in the last century. Their descendants do not understand this vote. The novelist Samira El Ayachi is one of these children of immigrants. She invites us for a walk in her neighborhood in Lille.
