To prepare this homemade spray, you will only need two ingredients: water and the essential oil of your choice. Here’s how to do it. Fill a clean spray bottle with 500 ml of water. Add 10 to 15 drops of the chosen essential oil. Shake the bottle well to mix the oil and water well. Your ant spray is now ready to use.

Spray the mixture on areas frequented by ants, but also entry points, such as window sills, your balcony, terrace, door frames, baseboards, but also cracks. For optimal effectiveness, reapply every few days, as the odor tends to dissipate. You will quickly notice a significant decrease in ant activity in your home.

For increased effectiveness, you can also combine lavender and peppermint essential oils. Additionally, be sure to keep your home clean and seal off possible food sources to avoid attracting ants.
