The bridge must have become stuck at 22.09, according to Gothenburg Post. This means that all traffic over the bridge was stopped.
At 23.20 the Swedish Transport Administration removed the warning from its website. Five minutes later, Västtrafik announced that public transport was again rolling over the bridge.
The stop lasted just over an hour.
The Hisingsbron has been stuck in the open position several times this year alone. In January it happened twice in one week.
