Three men are suspected of particularly serious drug smuggling and particularly serious drug offences. Two of the men come from Västernorrland, and the third is from southern Sweden.
“Outrageous”
Miriam Monsell at Customs says that they have reacted to the fact that people who treat and provide support to addicts have in fact smuggled narcotic preparations.
– It’s outrageous! she says.
One man from Västernorrland runs a company that offers care and assisted living for people with addiction problems. The other man works at a youth home.
Several contraband shipments are said to have also been ordered to support apartments, which are part of one man’s company.
