Alisa Vainio at top speed in her twenties | Sports in a nutshell

Alisa Vainio, 26, was on good pace at 10,000 meters in Espoo. He placed seventh in the all-time statistics with his record time of 32:35.87.

His nine-year-old record time was improved by more than 20 seconds. Vainio competed in the European Championships in Rome in the half marathon.

– I haven’t achieved really successful performances on the track, but now I felt that this was going a little in that direction. There was still quite a lot of room left. I haven’t done much maximum endurance training yet. However, this was one step forward, Vainio said in SUL’s press release.

The Finnish record for the trip is by Camilla Richardsson ran last summer 31.12.78.
