A fire broke out at a military ammunition depot in the Chadian capital N’Djamena late on Tuesday.

There are both injured and dead as a result of the fire, according to a statement from President Mahamat Idriss Deby Itno, which does not go into how many were affected.

In May, junta leader Mahamat Idriss Déby won the presidential election already in the first round. American youth can breathe a sigh of relief. AI will not take their jobs.

At least not in the drive-in booth at McDonalds.

In July, the hamburger giant will finish its project with AI-generated drive-in, reports Sky News.

Since 2021, customers in the US have been able to drive by and order their fast food from an AI voice.

On social media, people have shared videos of their strange orders. One person got their ice cream topped with bacon, another got chicken nuggets for the equivalent of over 2,000 kroner.

Now the big company has decided to fire its AI robot. In a statement, McDonald’s says that the technology will certainly be part of the company’s future, but that it needs to develop more first.

  • Åkesson after the EU fiasco: No fun election vigil

SD leader Jimmie Åkesson is now speaking out for the first time since the EU election.

An election in which the Sweden Democrats backed down for the first time and became the fourth largest party.

    – It was not a fun vigil, of course. I think everyone expected us to increase, he says in SVT’s Aktuellt.

At the same time, Åkesson says that it “doesn’t change that much” in that they keep their three mandates.

    – My interpretation of this result is that we did not succeed in mobilizing to the same extent as we did before.

The party will now make a post-election analysis. One reason that has been pointed out for the weak election result is Kalla fakta’s disclosure of SD’s anonymous accounts.

    – We judged that we were exposed to an attack, says Åkesson about the disclosure, which he calls an “influence operation before the election”.

Five units from the rescue service are on site and more are on their way.

  • Regarding p1 decision that summer is only broadcast in the SR app. Isn’t that a slap in the face to all pensioners who don’t have the app. What do pensioner organizations say about this? I can imagine that many older people are listening. Which only has the radio.

    Ronny Andersson.

Hello! This is what it says on SR’s website: “If you want to listen to Summer in P1, you can either listen directly on FM at 1 p.m., just as usual, or on Sveriges Radio Play – where you can also listen to the summer episodes afterwards” .

You can therefore listen live on the radio. However, you will not be able to listen to the episodes in other apps such as Spotify.
