(Finance) – TheShareholders’ Meeting Of Neurosofta Greek company listed on Euronext Growth Milan that provides software that optimizes business and operational processes, has approved the budget for the 2023 financial year. Additionally, the non-distribution of the dividend for the 2023 fiscal year was approved.
The members approved the compensation due to Board of Directors for the financial year 2023 and for the first half of 2024 and has pre-approved the compensation to be paid to the Board of Directors for the second half of 2024, as well as for the first half of 2025.
The Assembly approved the appointment of the auditing firm PwC as auditor for the 2024 financial year.
