The EU threatens to raise the customs duty on Chinese electric cars with a heavy hand.
EU Commission report according to China is giving its electric car industry distorting support.
The customs fee will rise from the current ten percent to a maximum of 38.1 percent, unless an agreement is reached in the negotiations with China by July 4.
