Jet response to North Koreas missile move Additional sanctions from

Especially in recent months, a new move came from Japan in response to North Korea, which has been conducting intercontinental missile tests one after another and disturbing the world with every move. The government has taken action against people and institutions it believes support North Korea’s missile program.

Despite the United Nations sanctions and the reactions of the international public, Japan took a new step against North Korea, which launched an intercontinental ballistic missile by carrying out the 11th missile test of this year last month.

TOTAL 120 PEOPLE AND 129 ORGANIZATIONS

Deciding to expand the sanctions against Pyongyang, the Japanese government announced that it would freeze the assets of 6 North Korean and 3 Russian citizens and 4 Russian organizations believed to support North Korea’s nuclear and missile development program. With the last step, the sanctions imposed by Japan on North Korea increased to 120 people and 129 organizations.

ENTERED INTO FORCE THE SAME DAY

Japan’s Chief Cabinet Secretary, Hirokazu Matsuno, said the new sanction, which was approved at a cabinet meeting in the morning and will take effect on the same day, is part of Japan’s efforts to comprehensively resolve issues involving North Korea.

A CALL FOR CONCRETE STEPS TO NORTH KOREA

“Japan urges North Korea to take concrete steps to solve the problems of Japanese citizens abducted by Pyongyang in the past with its nuclear and missile development program,” Matsuno said, and reiterated that they will make every effort to resolve these issues. Referring to the new sanctions to be implemented to solve the North Korea problem in a parliamentary session, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida said, “We will continue to do everything necessary to gather information and monitor the process, while ensuring the peace and security of our country.”

KIM JONG-UN ANNOUNCED THAT IT WILL CONTINUE

North Korea announced last month that a new Hwasong-17 type intercontinental ballistic missile was successfully tested in its last missile test, which was recorded as the 11th weapons test of this year.

The country’s leader, Kim Jong-un, announced that his country will “continue to develop its deterrent attack capabilities, which cannot be exchanged for anything and cannot be sold for anything.”

While the claims that the last tested intercontinental ballistic missile could even reach US soil increased security concerns in the region, it was publicized that more deterrent sanctions would be imposed on Pyongyang after the developments. (UAV)
