(Finance) – Tamburi Investment Partners (TIP), an independent and diversified industrial group listed on Euronext STAR Milan, has announced that, thanks to significant demand from the market, theoffering of bonds on the MOT closed early today morning after reaching the offer amount of 250 million euros.
Considering that the purchase offers have already been placed for the entire amount of 250 million euros, the company communicates the exercise of the increase option for the increase in the offering amount of a further amount up to maximum 50 million eurosin agreement with the Joint Bookrunners.
The offering of the bonds subject to the increase option will begin on June 12th 2024 and will end on June 17th 2024, unless modified, extended or early closed by the company, from Equita SIMas Placement Agent and Joint Bookrunner and Banca Akros, as Joint Bookrunner.
