(Finance) – OSAI Automation Systema company active in the design and production of machines and complete lines for the automation and testing of semiconductors, announces that on 10 June 2024 the director Fabio Benetti handed over his powers to the Board of Directors and relinquished the position of CEO of the Company effective from today.
The Company makes this known, adding that Fabio Benetti will maintain the role of Director within the Board of Directors of OSAI ASSpA SB with responsibility for the Group’s sustainability strategies and as “Impact Manager” as well as the role of CEO of the Osai Green Tech Benefit Company.
The Board of Directors, having taken note of the above decisions, resolved, during the board meeting, to confer the powers and role of CEO to the President of the Board of Directors Mirella Ferrero from today.
