(Finance) – Theshareholders’ meeting Of IVS Groupa company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the sector of automatic distribution (vending) of drinks and snacks, has approved the approval of the balance for the 2023 financial year and to carry forward the profit for the year.
The members also nominated the following administrators: Paolo Covre, Vito Alfonso Gamberale, Paolo Caporali, Massimo Paravisi, Antonio Tartaro, Maurizio Traglio, Adriana Cerea, Monica Cerea, Luigi De Puppi, Elisabetta Dall’Olio, Mariella Trapletti, Fabrizio Donega; the mandate of the directors will expire with the meeting scheduled for the approval of the 2024 budget.
The extraordinary meeting also resolved the capital reduction company, through the cancellation of 447,296 treasury shares held by the company.
