(Finance) – The French luxury giant LVMH announced the appointment of Cécile Cabanis as deputy CFO. He will report to CFO Jean-Jacques Guiony to begin a transition period with him in view of a future succession. Furthermore, he joins the group’s executive committee.
“Cécile has recognized experience within very large groups, in diversified financial functions, in particular in matters of mergers and acquisitions and of financial communication“, we read in a note.
Cabanis, former CFO of DanoneComes from Tikehau Capitalwhere she has been deputy CEO for the past three years.
