On Saturday, will show the match between Hyvinkää Tahko and Kempeleen Kiri from 15:15. You can find the live broadcast at this link.
Petteri Alasella is only 22 years old, but he already has quite a lot of playing years in Superpesis behind him. The years in Hyvinkää, and especially the last season, brought Alanen to the top of the league in the locker room.
Last summer also brought the first East-West selection. It was also far from being the best lock of the series. Alanen himself currently feels that he is the best striker in the entire series.
– Yes, I feel that I am. At least I’ve worked so hard, and I trust myself. I know that I have weaknesses in my game, but at the same time I also have a lot of strengths, says Alanen.
Loud talk, what does the expert say?
– One big measure will be whether Alanen can take Tahko to the finals in the coming years and fight for the championship. He is a key piece, Urheilu’s expert Sami-Petteri Kivimäki says.
At the moment, strong self-confidence exudes from the words and actions of the Ruoves Pirkko coach on the field. The rise of the young man to the best in the series is not a coincidence, but Alanen has become known as an extremely hard and determined trainee.
– I was 17-18 years old when I started training as well as I do now. That is, as a completely professional in practice. I’ve worked incredibly hard on my own game, and it’s paid off. I think it would be stupid if I didn’t trust myself, because it really affects the game on the field, Alanen Summaa.
These are Alanen’s strengths
But what makes Alase currently one of the best in the series in many papers?
Urheilu’s expert Sami-Petteri Kivimäki opens up about Alanen’s game strengths.
– Alas has a great physique and has the ability to pick up the keys from a distance, combined with throwing power. He understands the game brilliantly and knows how to read the players skillfully. Low passing and playing against shots through it are also his absolute strengths, which he uses to his advantage with a quick passing movement, Kivimäki lists his strengths.
Hyvinkää’s Tahko and Alanen signed an extension contract until 2026 in November. There would have been takers elsewhere.
It has been more than 15 years since Hyvinkää Tahko’s previous championship and SM medal. The exact year was 2007, and the color of the medal was gold. Alanen, who has been in Hyvinkää since -21, is thirsty for success, and doesn’t hide to admit it.
– I like being here and I want to make my own contribution to the fact that in the future we win the Finnish championship here.
