Shortly before the release of the new raid “Edge of Salvation”, Bungie is conducting a short downtime. Destiny 2 has to be in top form for Day One and that’s why you will be kicked out of the game for a short time. We’ll show you for how long.
Update, 4:00 p.m.: The servers are active again and you can log in. Get ready, the new raid will start soon.
This is what you need to know today: Today, Bungie is shutting down the servers for a very short downtime before the release of the new raid “Edge of Salvation”. Bungie wants to ensure a smooth launch and therefore you will be kicked off the servers for a short time.
Maintenance on 07.06. – All times for server down
These times are important today: Bungie is informing its players about the exact downtime via x.com (formerly Twitter). The plan is for the servers to be unavailable for 1 hour today.

Also, keep in mind that third-party applications and the official Companion app may also be down for a while, preventing you from using them.
This changes with the new update in The Final Shape
The following problems are known: There are also many problems in The Final Shape that players are complaining about. Bungie has a few on its list, but it is not known which of them will be fixed (via bungie.net). However, the following bugs could be addressed:
