The hit Disney+ series is soon returning to streaming for a fourth season. The release date has just been announced, as well as the synopsis and the very exciting cast.
Series Only Murders in the building is a Hulu series broadcast on Disney++ since 2021. It tells the adventures of three neighbors passionate about news who will in turn find themselves drawn into an intrigue worthy of a thriller. After the success of the first three seasons available on Disney+, a fourth is coming soon. The first episode will be broadcast on August 27, before resuming its traditional weekly schedule.
In this fourth season, Charles, Mabel and Oliver fly to Los Angeles where a Hollywood studio is preparing a film about their podcast. But the disturbing death of Charles’ stuntwoman, Sazz Pataki, continues to haunt them, especially since they don’t know if their friend was the real target of the murder. However, they return to New York for new adventures: crossing the courtyard of the building to discover the life of the residents of the west tower of Arconia.
If Selena GomezMartin Short and Steve Martin reprise their iconic roles, this time they will be accompanied by new faces, such as Eva Longoria, Zach Galifianakis, Molly Shannon, Kumail Nanjiani, Melissa McCarthy and Richard Kind. Meryl Streep and Da’Vine Joy will also return. In the meantime, you can dive back into the trio’s investigations with the three seasons available on Disney+.
Mabel, Charles-Haden and Oliver all live in the same building, the Arconia, without knowing each other. One day, their paths cross and they discover that they share a real passion for news stories. When a friend of Mabel’s is found dead in the building, the three neighbors refute the suicide theory put forward by the police. By launching a podcast and leading the investigation on their own, they hope to unravel the mystery of this death. But there’s no detective who wants to be and this thirst for truth will lead them into adventures that are as hilarious as they are dangerous.
