(Finance) – In the 1st quarter of 2024 the productivity of the non-agricultural sector in the USA it rose by 0.2% on a quarterly basis, after +3.2% in the previous three months, compared with the +0.3% expected by analysts. Compared to the same quarter of 2023, it grew by 2.9%.
According to Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) American, the cost per unit of work it grew by 4%, compared to +0.4% in the 4th quarter of 2023 and against the +4.7% of the consensus.
