It was in October that a car drove into a pole in a large parking lot. A woman passing by was then hit in the head by one or more signs. She was taken to hospital but later died from her injuries.
The prosecutor believes that the elderly woman acted negligently.
The woman must have confessed to the crime in a police interrogation and there is also evidence in the form of films and photography, the newspaper writes.
