Kaspersky security software placed on national threat list
Kaspersky has been taking the arrows of criticism in America for some time now. The Russian-based security software firm protects computers and phones with which its application is installed against malicious software and sites. However, the main reason for being blacklisted by the FCC is the possibility of stealing data from the devices it is installed on or being used for attack purposes.
In recent weeks, Germany has taken a similar decision, arguing that the firm’s software poses a threat to federal security. The fact that the USA took a similar decision shortly after this raises questions about the software.
As it is known, the fact that the founder of the company, Eugine Kaspersky, is a former KGB agent, raises suspicions about this issue even more.
In the statement made by FCC officer Brendan Carr, it is seen that other Chinese institutions are also on the list.

The inclusion of China Mobile and Chine Telecom on the list for the same reasons also shows how much of a global war we are on the verge of the Ukraine-Russia war.
