A man who was shot in the foot has been found by the police in Backa in Gothenburg, reports Aftonbladet.
The police were alerted to several loud bangs in the area.
– We are quickly on the scene with several patrols and start an operation with both a dog and a helicopter to search for the plaintiff and the perpetrator, says police duty officer Jon Franzén,
The injured man was taken to hospital in an ambulance and a search is currently underway for the perpetrator.
The police have interviewed witnesses in the area and are searching, among other things, by helicopter for the perpetrator.
