Meira Omar and Oskar Norrstrand found each other in the Netflix hit “Love is blind”. The other couples who found love on the show are Amanda Jonegård and Sergio Rincón and Krisse-Ly Kuldkepp and Rasmus Hedenstedt.
All three couples have stayed together since the recording and Amanda Jonegård and Sergio Rincon have had a son together.

That’s why Oskar Norrstrand fell for Meira Omar
In the program, the participants first get to talk to each other in capsules where they cannot see each other. Oskar Norrstrand knew early on that he wanted to meet Meira. And to be able to do that, it required him to propose and her to say yes.
– I remember when I met her for the first time, I was really struck by her calmness. I can be quite talkative and very extroverted, social and a bit all over the place. But it was like she balanced my energy a little. There was something about her voice that made me feel something I had never felt before, said Oskar Norrstrand in a previous interview with News24.

The couple has remarried
But getting married on a TV show also has its catches. Like you don’t get to decide everything you want to decide at your wedding.
– We are involved to some extent. And then there are certain things that have to play with the fact that there is a production around it. But I can’t really say much more than that, said Oskar Norrstrand in a previous interview with Nyheter24.
Therefore, the couple decided to get married again, and this time in their own way.
“We did it 2.0! Finally married the way we always dreamed of. Can’t wait to share all the pictures with you, this wedding really had a little bit of everything,” they write in a joint post on Instagram.
