However, Trump’s opinion figures are stable at 31 percent.
The survey was conducted on May 31 and June 1 and is based on responses from 781 randomly selected people.
The former president, also the Republican presidential candidate for the election this year, was convicted on all 34 charges in the trial about the so-called hush money to the former porn actor Stormy Daniels.
He risks several years in prison, but may also receive a suspended sentence.
The penalty will be announced on July 11.
