In Season 4 of Diablo 4 there are also bosses that drop specific uniques. You can find out how to summon Prince Zir/Lord Zir and where to get “Exquisite Blood” here on MeinMMO.
So you swear to Prince Zir: You can only find Zir on world level 4 in the “Seat of the Ancient” hideout in the “Darkened Path”, east of Kyovashad. To summon him, you need 9 pieces of the “Exquisite Blood” material.
Where can I get “Exquisite Blood”? Since Season 4, the mats you need for the bosses have been dropping in almost all activities. Depending on what content you like to do most in Season 4, you can basically farm the bottles “on the side”.
You can get the blood bottles as a drop:
What level is Zir? Zir is level 80, as are the enemies that await you in the “Darkened Path” and in front of the “Seat of the Ancients”. There you will mostly encounter Abominables and Skeletons.

Information about the loot drops at Zir
What uniques does Zir drop? At Zir you have the chance to get class-specific uniques, but also ones that all classes can equip:
What else does Zir drop? In addition to the uniques, you can also get legendaries from Zir, as well as “Sand-Scorched Shackles”, which you need to summon Andariel – one of the two bosses from whom you can farm Uber uniques. Note that only the player who summoned Zir will receive the boss mats. You will also receive a cosmetic head guard from Zir.

Defeating Zir – What you need to pay attention to
How do I fight Lord Zir? Prepare well for the fight against Zir and increase your fire resistance through your equipment and gems in your jewelry, the maximum value for this is 70%. Alternatively, you can equip yourself with the “Elixir of Fire Resistance”.
After you have gone through the “Darkened Path”, you reach the “Seat of the Ancient One”, in whose heart you summon Lord Zir. With a loud growl, he “crawls” out of his hiding place.
First, Zir attacks you alone, later he spawns vampiric mobs. He flaps his wings and rains blood down on you, dodge both as best you can. As soon as Zir assumes a crab-like stance, he swipes at you with his claws. Make sure you move quickly behind him.
After a while, Zir will teleport away from you and charge up a powerful wing flap to knock you back. You will see a mark on the ground that you should avoid. Depending on which build you are playing, you can use Zir’s mobs to charge up your damage.
Since Season 4, there have been “tormented” versions of the bosses. They are then level 200 and require three times the amount of mats to summon – so 27 bottles of blood for Zir – and additionally Stygian stones. You get these in the pit and from world bosses at world level 4. But the bosses also drop more loot.
