(Finance) – The newly elected board of directors of Aedes Società Anonima Ligure per Imprese e Costruzioni joint stock (formerly Restart) has nominated Giorgio Ferrari as Vice-President, CEO and Director in charge of the company’s Internal Control and Risk Management System.
Furthermore, the Board of Directors has appointed – following consensual termination of the contract stipulated with Gianluca Magnotta as manager in charge of drafting the corporate accounting documents, Rinaldo Ferraro as the new Manager in Charge of the company starting from today.
