The accident occurred shortly before 7 p.m. and when the police arrived, the driver had left the scene.
The police do not want to go into whether they are looking for the driver.
– It is an ongoing operation and we are gathering information in the case, says August Brandt, police spokesperson.
The person who was hit was taken to hospital by ambulance.
The extent of the damage is unclear.
